Fact. The current Pacquiao would dominate Marquez now and even back then. Huge, huge improvement from then (1st and 2nd Marquez fights) to now. Period.

well yeah Marquez doesn't have the frame to move up
He'd walk through Marquez. The more rounds JMM and Pac fight the more it helps Pac. I thought he won 6 rounds in the second fight. He seems to be much stronger above 130 on top of that.

Styles make fights buddy, don't be so decieved
If a class b castillo give floyd hell, i'm sure a prime marquez would give floyd a beating of his career.
I could just as easily say if Chris John beat Marquez then Mayweather would destroy him. There are no triangles in boxing. If there were, then Foreman should have been able to beat Ali, and Hatton should have been able to KO Mayweather.

And I'm sure if Medgoen Singsurat and Rustico Torrecampo dropped Pac in 3, Floyd would do it in 1.
ABC logic doesn't apply in boxing young man.
Correct JMM vs. Floyd was a tune up. Who cares about that fight.
JMM vs. Pac right now at 135. I pick JMM.
JMM vs FLOYD right now at 135. i pick JMM by ko.
He might dominate him now... but that is only because Marquez is so old. Even in the rematch Marquez was but a mere shadow of his former self and he still gave pacquiao all he could handle. Some say he even won the fight.
Prime Marquez schools Pacquiao. Sure he gets dropped a few times just like in the first fight, but he still wins.
Huge improvement no doubt, and if they fought again I believe he would dominate him, but I wouldn't get that twisted. The answer isn't purely black or white because he hasn't fought a guy like that since 08
