Problem is for Sergio he is no Hopkins or Mayweather. The guy gets hit a lot by a guy like Cintron. Now Cintron is good but I think Pavlik is better and bigger. Plus Sergio now knows he has to fight a bit to get a decision.
I just hope if Sergio does good he gets his dues, this guys been robbed two times already...
This is an interesting fight, we'll have to see if Sergio can take the punch of a hard hitting 160 pounder, if he could get past that punch and not get into exchanges using angles, I see Pavlik having a long night...
I'd like a Martinez -Williams rematch....I don't think his team (Williams') wants it though
If Martinez beats Pavlik, Paul will want it. Keep in mind even if Paul were to lose to Martiez, they'd be 1-1.
I do enjoy the triangle going on between Martinez, Pavlik and Williams. Hopefully they can all face each other once or twice. We could all win from that.

It is a little funny how Pavlik is calling a guy 7 years older a kid. But Pavlik started boxing when he was 9. And had 100 fights as an amateur, and as a amateur he was the national welter weight champ. I think Sergio started boxing late in life around 19. And I don't think he even fought as an amateur. Pavlik is more experienced then Sergio
While this may be true, as professional boxers, Martinez has 48 fights while Pavlik has 37.
Golly he wouldn't stop mentioning Paul Williams. He needs to keep both eyes on his goal. That didn't bode well although I have him the favorite to winning this bout.
Funny how Pavlik keeps calling Martinez "kid" when Martinez has a few years on Pavlik. Seems Pavlik is pretty focused on Williams still....tsk, tsk, tsk....rough night ahead for the Pavman.
all that experience and all he does is throw 1-2s
