Not only did I BUY the fight, I HAD A PARTY FOR THE FIGHT!!! I feel like an idiot now..... Damn, I hate it when that happens. I remember that I didn't want to order the Mayweather/Marquez fight (but ended up ordering it), had a get together and what resulted was a slow night of, "Hurry up, get to the welfth round already!" It's painful when you convince your friends to come over and then this happens. It only makes them hate the sport more. :( The only fights I think I got my money's worth were probably Cotto/Margarito, Cotto/Mosley...that's it. The rest PPV's (as long as I've been watching boxing) have been mismatches. If I had been a bigger Pacquiao fan, I might've ordered Pacquiao-Márquez 2. I was THIS close to ordering B-Hop/Jones fight at the last minute. Thank God I streamed it.

yea at one point he was, which gives me any right to criticism as i used to be a die hard fan. After i seen the way he fought the 3rd Tarver fight i started losing respect for him. He needed to hang them up then, yet he continued with his delusional talks and pointless stupid fights continuing to embarrass himself and his fans. I can no longer defend him to my buddies. At one point Jones jr. gave his fans something to brag about. Now he brings us embarrassment. and why wouldn't i be surprised if he has anohter "going away" fight in pensacola and then have him say "im back" at the end of the fight? Fair enough.

i didn't order it and im a HOPKINS fan 2 the fullest. I just went to the mexican restaurant down the street and ordered me a carne asada burrito with hot sauce and everything on it. WAS THE BOMB!! and watched the fight.

Shame on any idiot who supported this and i'm glad the fight was a POS! I think Oscar should fight Tito next on PPV...It's a rematch 10 years in the making. Catch weight at 170lbs. This fight would be alot better and more meaningful then last nights fight. more action too.

I ordered it and yes i'm happy that Jones did not get hurt like 90% of the board were predicting. Like Weebler said, Jones fought reasonably well. it's pretty sad when roy jones now has fans that are just happy he doesn't get hurt and say he fought reasonably well after lossing a UD to a 40 year old.

I streamed it. I haven't had the chance to see it again. The only exciting moment was perhaps when Nard rallied in round 6 after being hit on the back of his head. That was probably the closest part of Jones being hurt, if any. Jones got in a few good rights here and there, but nothing spectacular, he was WAY too inactive. I gave him a pass for Calzaghe, Calzaghe smothers with his handspeed and volume punching. But with Hopkins, Jones was still too gunshy. He should really hang 'em up. Anyone who continues paying to see Jones fight is OUT OF THEIR MIND. He's done. Really. I wouldn't be saying it if I was 100% sure. B-Hop won...but he's out of his mind if he thinks he's going to take on Haye. I don't care if Haye doesn't have the speed or intelligence to fight against Hopkins, Hopkins cannot risk getting tagged by someone much bigger, much more hard-hitting, than Pavlik. I thought Jones fought reasonably well, many were predicting a KO.
