no heavyweight can match alis overall quickness.
i like english football commentators, but boxing commentators are usually big nuthuggers.
when danny williams KO'd tyson, they were cheering like it was an upest ala tyson vs douglas in tokyo.
but its still worthy to watch a boxing fight with an english commentator, the accent is so much better than the boring accent of american commentators :D
Corrie Sanders is probably around where Hayes speed is. And yes Sanders beat Wlad, but how much better is Wlad since that fight? Comparing that Wlad is like comparing Haye to the Haye that fought Thompson. Fighters learn on the job and improve much more, I haven't even seen anyone even come close to seriously cleanly hitting Wlad as of late and Chambers has pretty fast hands.
You can see how fast Corrie Sanders could throw combinations. Sanders is underrated especially in speed.
Ahh, Dynamite Dokes. That fight against Holy was tremendous. Love that shi
Yeah Holy's first real test at HW. The coke had started to take ahold of Dokes by then and he'd slowed down a bit, but still a good scrap.
Anyhow, I'm gonna go ahead and go out on a limb and add Tyson and Jones Jr to that list.
Michael Dokes
Herbie Hide
Mike Tyson
Roy Jones Jr
strictly staying with world title holders.
Haye is very fast, don't get me wrong. But as he adds the pounds, he loses some of that.
haye is a great boxer
For what? What did he do that was so great? Beat old boxers who weren't good to begin with? Shot-Holyfield already beat Valuev, and middle-weight Roy Jones Jr. already whooped a younger faster Ruiz and it was Roys first time at Heavy.
The greatest thing Haye has done in his Career is whoop Enzo Mac's ass and his very solid win over Mormeck. Which he did all at cruiserweight.
I hate how he has all this hype around him when he fights the weakest fighters at Heavyweight. I hate all this smack-talk he talks about the Klitschkos yet Haye has not fought a live opponent at heavyweight. Fighting two old guys who weren't that good to begin with is not impressive. A ****ing middle-weight came up and beat Ruiz already, and sure Roy Jones Jr is talented and supposedly was on steroids but he was still the smaller guy and easily outclassed a younger Ruiz. And Valuev, are you kidding me? Valuev was already recently beaten by a way way past-it Holyfield.
While David Haye is having fun fighting the weakest Heavyweights, Vitali and Wlad are sure the hell fighting the harder competition. Vitali just beat Arreola, and Arreola shits on Ruiz and Valuev. Wlad just beat Chambers who shits on Ruiz and Valuev win. Not only are the Klitschkos more talented then David Haye, but they have a better resume at heavyweight. I mean David Haye avoided challenges like Chambers, Arreola, Povetkin, Solis. And what to get a ****ing belt at heavyweight? What was the point of fighting Bonin, or shot Barrett? What was the point of those fights? How is fighting the weakest fighters at heavyweight suppose to prepare you for Wlad or Vitali? Honestly?
I think he said he's "one of the fastest heavyweights since Ali".
A writer though in The Ring said "Haye is easily the fastest HW since prime Ali" which made me laugh.
SINCE being the key word here dum ass... that means hes the fastest since Ali, but NOT faster than Ali..
Learn English moron!!!
Was it Skysports?
Those guys are hilarious, I loved how they started screaming when Pac KO'd Ricky. The scottish guy is awesome.
I remember when Cotto fought Paulie they both thought Paulie had won the fight. I'ma fan of Paulie, but that was one of the biggest ass-kickings i've seen in a while. Paulie proved that he was tough by staying on his feet, but he got his shit ruined.
I honestly don't think it was - though I am a bias Brit, of course - he seemed to let himself go into the corners rather than being knocked into them.
Oh I'm sure you're right. That's why I was asking more than saying for sure.
Hey quick question, when the Klits kill David Haye what are you gonna do? Cry and commit suicide.
What's it like having your head up your own countries ass?
