Who has a better chance at beating Mayweather? Mosley or Pacquiao?

While I think both don't have too much of a chance of beating Mayweather, I'll have to give the edge to Pac. Mostly because Pac hasn't seem to aged yet, and Mosely tends to get too flat-footed at times.

Pac doesnt even want to fight Mayweather or Mosley. He came up with different excuses to stop the Mayweather fight from happening (his camp was shocked Floyd accepted the 10 million dollar weight penalty) & the only time his camp mentioned Mosley's name was after Mosely had already signed to fight Floyd. You realize manny has been at WW for like a year. He could have fought cotto or mosley, and he chose cotto, probably because they are both under arum and plus cotto had beat mosley. then after that fight, shane was supposed to fight berto when the pac/floyd fight fell through, so he fought clottey. manny has not been at WW long enough to be accused of ducking anyone in the division.

Floyds going to make Mosley look silly, Mosley looks impressive against Margacheato. Margacheato comes straight forward and is nothing but a punching bag. :rofl:

I voted Pac. He's like the energizer bunny...dude just doesn't stop! Packs a whollup too, with both hands, and can take hard hits. Nobody loves fighting more then Manny. My 2¢ Especially after what we watched what he did to Cotto and Clottey.

Both have decent chances of beating Mayweather, Mosley has power/reach and skill set to give him trouble but his legs will be his downfall IMO. Pac has a better chance than Mosley due to southpaw stance and highly unorthodox style, and lets not forget he now has footwork that can rival Floyds.

Mosley is wide open to counters when he swings too wide at times. mosley.. hes taller, has longer reach and he has far superior boxing IQ and skills compared to pac. mosley struggled with boxers in the past but atleast he fought them, and with a nazim richardson gameplan i think he will put up one hell of a fight. pac ducked guys like casamayor and campbell, what the fukk he gon do with mayweather? he cant handle boxers and although he looks like a beast against ppl who come to fight him there are plenty of guys who can outbox him. floyd would take him to school, the fight would barely be competetive. arum kows that and thats why the fight didnt happen. mosley became a legend relying on talent, not marketing and promotion. he will give anyone a rough night, including floyd.

Mosley because he can box and has power. Pac cannot box a lick and once his left is under control he looks foolish. It's not hate just real even Cotto in a one sided fight gave Pac massive problems when he took his time and made Pac actually box. The real answer is the fact that Mosley was avoided at 140 a weight he's never fought at and Mosley even offered 60/40, Pac wanted to fight Cotto a guy that was coming off a brutal fight in which he quit then he had a bum named Michael Jennings that still took him a few to get out of there and then he lost to Clottey and was once again bloodied and roughed even with the absurd parade fight outcome, next he ducks Floyd by refusing to take a drug test, it isn't like Floyd is asking him to smoke crack he asked for a drug test for an even playing field and Pac refused to fight the guy that despite being robbed was the actual loser of the fight who just so happens to be yet another Top Rank slave that Arum sent to play punching bag. Now they act like they may fight Margorito or Cotto again both Top Rank guys and both having losses in there last fights. Margorito being humiliated both before during and after the fight by who...Mosely. Top rank harbors cheaters and refuses to fight legitimate fights this much we can see clearly. If Mosley was the easier fight they would have took him since as Pacs fans will say "Mosley was desperate and shot and money hungry" had he really been those things Roach & Arum would have jumped all over it and even got shane to fight a 140 fight at 136.5...Mosley is by far the better fighter and has the best chance to beat Floyd not only based on his ring skills but based on pac's refusal to fight Mosley himself with every stipulation he asked for.

Not to get off topic in my own thread, but Mosley vs Pac is a bit more interesting becasuse I don't know who you could favor in that one, whereas Mayweather isn't losing to any current welterweight in my opinon.

Pac. He's younger and faster.

Mosley. Longer reach, iron chin, speed, and he's strong. Mayweather is not losing to SSM or Manny.

Pac has Roach to figure out the best possible plan. Nazim Richardson is quality but he doesn't have a boxer in his prime. Pacman being as good as he is, will mean a higher chance of success.

Pacquiao would not really be able to stand up to Mayweather's defensive capabilities. His speed would simply not matter. Mosley, on the other hand, is big - big enough to faze Mayweather. Mosley has a better chance, although I would still guess Mayweather.

pacman he has much better foot movement and throws more punches with them at the same time coming from all angles and in combos. the question should be who does mayweather has a chance at beating Really man? Would you favor Pacman over Mayweather?
