Since most consider Pac a higher ATG and Floyd a fraud, I don't know how a win over Floyd is better than a win over Manny. After all, a win over an over rated bum like May is as meaningful as he is. Manny has the better resume and is higher P4P, so beating him is certainly a better victory than beating Floyd. Edit: Just how can Mayweather be in the lead? He's a fraud.

A dominate win over Floyd is better than any win against Pac. Pac has already been outboxed in his career and lost.

Handing Floyd his first loss is a big deal.

Taking away Floyd's 0 would be a bigger win for Mosley's legacy than say if he were able to beat Pac.

Pacquiao because of Floyd's criticism for not fighting the best fighters. However, beating either one, someone is always going to say that the win isn't impressive for one reason or another. Beating either one is a huge accomplishment though.

Depends. I think that a win over Floyd would lead to more publicity and so forth, but I think it's harder to beat Manny.
