Haye has reiterated that he will retire when he turns 31 years old.
Haye fights once every 8 months give or take. He has fought 3 times in the past 2 years.
So he fights Ruiz in April of 2010
Then he has to give Valuev his rematch probably in November of 2010
Then he has to fight the winner of Chagaev-Meehan that will probably happen in May-June of 2011.
That leaves him only 4 months to face a Klitschko before his self imposed retirement date...... Not gonna happen, he won't want to end his career with a humiliating loss so he will probably face Audley Harrison in October of 2011 and then retire without backing up a single one of his boasts.
Naw, this fight will happen unless the Klits pull out.
Haye, I believe, purposely made this fight push over til now. This way he'd be able to acheieve his final big paydays and retire without having to give the Klits a rematch (if he wins). It was all planned. Him pulling out now, I dont see it.

I will have to see how this pans out,you might just have made some exceptional analysis of the situation. You might actually be a genius so we will watch
Well I called this 9 months ago.
People call me a hater, but it looks like I was right about pretty much everything aside from the exact dates.
Valuev's injury and surgery at least saved us from a rematch of the worst heavyweight fight of all time aside from Haye-Harrison.
Sometimes it hurts to be so right.
Great call Hitman. :usa2:

Let's wait and see what happens in the next few months.
He HAS to fight a Klitschko to back up what he's been saying.
If he doesnt then he will look bad, but I wont be suprised if he keeps talking and never makes the fight. It's strange because he acted like he really wanted to fight them, But looking back I think that was just talk. He made himself more popular by talking about fighting someone who he had zero intention of getting in the ring with. Some might say that's smart but to me it's a bitch move.
The thing that really bugs me about David Haye is this: He did not deserve his title shot against Valuev, he did not earn it and came by it through nothing but dumb luck.
Now that Haye has the belt he is not willing to give the same opportunity to a young, undefeated fighter. He is instead content to sit on his belt, take fights against the least deserving challengers, and basically hamstring the entire division.
The WBA Rankings are filled with guys who would make for intriguing matchups with Haye such as Adamek, Boytsov, Dimitrenko, Odlanier Solis and even Shannon Briggs.
However since every one of these fights comes with an element of risk this piece of sh*t Haye will just refuse to fight any of them.
Yet, on the other hand, Harrison is not even ranked in the Top-15 by the WBA and Haye would have to basically pay off the WBA to rank Harrison so that he could fight him without being stripped.
Goddamn I am good.
I made this thread 3.5 months ago before anyone had even entertained the possibility of Haye being such a pussy he would fight Audley.
Looks like I was wrong about the date... but damn I am good.
I think I have some psychic powers.

Bump....
Hey guys did you hear David Haye has to fight Valuev again?
Was anyone smart enough to predict this? Oh wait... I was.
Everyone knew he had to fight 3 times for Don King, so..........
He has knockout power, great footwork, good all round boxer.
.
I agree he has power and good all around skills, but his footwork is terrible.
He is flatfooted, sits on his back foot loading up his right hand, and has average lateral movement at best. He was only able to avoid Valuev because the giant is slower than molasses in winter.
1 Million points that Haye does not fight a Klitschko by July 15th, 2011.
No exceptions. In the ring by that date. If they sign to fight in June to fight in late August you still lose.
lol. National hero. Believe me much of the U.K dont rate Haye and like me wont take him seriously until he fights a serious top fighter like Klitschko obviously because nobody else comes close.
Haye just needs to back up his words and stop talking.
He just makes himself look like a complete tit by talking loads of shit and not backing it up. I was not impressed with his running against Valuev either, After he said over and over he is the "only hope of the HW division" and will bring back exictement to the division. Yeah right
What makes you say half the nation doesn't rate him? We know he is over-hyped by our media but he is rated by many of UK fans.
He has knockout power, great footwork, good all round boxer.
Cos he never KO'ed a giant he ain't got power? ask Enzo Mac if he has power, ask Mormack if he has power and i'm sure they will say he has. Ask John Ruiz after he knocks him out if he has power.
I would put all my points down that Haye doesn't fight a Klitschko within 16 months but Haye fans know their boy doesn't have the sack and they wouldn't take the bet.
A milli that a fight with either klit happens in the next 16months?
The nazi's won't get the fight with those bullshit terms they had for the last purposed fight period.
It's so funny that the Haye fans only have this one excuse to go back on. It's lame ass excuse and does not justify his pulling out of two fights.
The reality is that if Haye beat Wlad and had to fight automatically in a rematch he would have done is as the champion and would have recieved a champions share of a 10 million dollar purse.
The fact that Haye pulled out just shows that Haye had no faith in himself winning the fight.
Another thread full of truth filled with butt hurt Brits who can't accept that their national hero wears tampons.
It looks like Manny Steward agrees with me. If I say something and then Manny Steward reiterates it you can pretty much assume it's true.
I am willing to bet Haye fights one of them before he retires. Small 10k fun bet? :p
another thread full of ass from the hitman!
