How does Pacquiao do against these greats?

@ 140 Roberto Duran Aaron Pryor Kostya Tszyu Julio Cesar Chavez Duran and Pryor beat him by KO. Manny could beat Tszyu and Chavez, but would he beat them? I wouldn't necessarily favor him.

Maybe Chavez You people need to wake up....Pac is easy to hit.......he loses to Duran and Prior 100%........KT, not so sure....but given his ring intelligence and the sledgehammer str8 right it would pose problems for Pac........JCC would be a good fight...... Pryor was an energizer bunny with a concrete chin. Chavez in his prime, the one who fought Taylor in 1990, he had a world-class chin; how many of those shots could Pacquiao take? Now that I think about it, maybe he outboxes Pryor with a targeted gameplan from Roach, fire then step to the side. Pryor wasn't a one-punch killer like Tsyzu; he buried you under a barrage of punches. Tszyu was a 1# world ranked amatuer when he fought for the former Soviet Union - his technical skiils were top notch. Then consider his super-natural ability to hit a top ranked opponent and knock them clear across the ring (Miguel Angel Gonzalez went toe-to-toe with Oscar, but he ws beaten like pinata by Tszyu) Pacquio would lose to all but Pryor who he would decision thanks to Roach's gameplan and his pre-fight instructions to check Panama Lewis's gloves and water bottles lol.

How should Pacquiao win a fight against a prime Duran, who was hard to hit, maybe the best defensive fighter who was walking forward, with an iron chin and also one of the best punchers in boxing history, with no signature punch, because every punch was bringing pain? I can never imagine who Pacman gets a win above a motivated Duran. Duran was nothing Pacman has ever faced and even nobody in the lightweight and lightwelterweights. He was one of the best infighters and breaking anybody down. He can cut the ring, loved to brawl and even when it was hard to put pain on his opponents, he made it dirty. Duran is not only too good but also Pacman is too green to fight the old way. Nowadays fights are a bit too much controlled by the refs and Pacquaios last opponents were waiting for shots and get hit by Pacquiao. Lets not forget the murder straigt-right of Duran who could KO anbody in this weightclasses. And while talking about right hands, Kostya had also his chances vs. Pacman, who is an easy target and gets hit. What would happened, if Clottey would have half the power of Kostya in his fight agains Pacquiao? I think its and pick'em up fight, the same with Pryor. Pryor could deal with Power and has a high workrate and imo a better defense and oldscool boxing skills. I would say, Pryor has better chances to beat Duran, than Paqaioa. @ 140 Roberto Duran-Toss up fight and one of my Dream fights. If I had to pick, I'd say Duran by decision. Aaron Pryor-I got Pac by UD Kostya Tszyu TKO him inside 10 rounds. rewatch Tszyu Judah round 1 and How Zab's speed was overwhelming him. Pac is faster, hits harder and won't have the mental lapses Zab had to got him KO'd. Julio Cesar Chavez Im not too high on Chavez. I see this playing out like MAB vs Pac 1.

i dont think he stops chavez but the rest he does... that's a good point. He could possibly get a tko though. I think Duran only has a shot at LW IMO.

Pacquiao will always be a slugger's nightmare simply because of pac's awkwardness, speed and power.

Duran knocks him out. Chavez knocks him out. Pryor knocks him out. Pac beats Kostya. Why? If you don't mind me asking. Pac has never been KO'd over the age of 20, I don't think he has ever hit the canvas in that time either. Anyways, I would have him beating all of them, I think his speed, power, movement and ability to take a punch would prove to be too much for all of them. Though Duran maybe would beat him, after that I would say chavez has the best chance, but I feel pretty strongly about Manny beating chavez.

@ 140 Roberto Duran Aaron Pryor Kostya Tszyu Julio Cesar Chavez he'd stop probably all of them, but Kostyas style could bring up some issues and probably mess pacquiaos face up in the process. Duran is probably one of my favorite fighters ever but I don't think above 140 he could take Pacquiao on. His "willing to fight" style seems to be what Pacquiao thrives off of. I expect heat from the History crowd though, bring up the Leonard fight and all, which really has nothing in common with the way Pacquiao fights. Had Duran boxed with Leonard in the first fight he would have been wooped, but he forced his fight. Thing is, forcing his fight on Pacquiao is just what he wants, a la Ricky Hatton.
