How long will Manny be out?

I have a big feeling they gonna meet in september. and rematch in march? We will see :) if it happens at all this year i doubt it happens until november or december.

September is the earliest the figth shoudl take place from a business standpoint anyway. I think Nov-Dec would be better if it does get made.

In reality, about half or more than half of all philippine congressmen just collect their paychecks and allowances. That's why it's a fukked up country, economically and politically. So Pacquiao being out of action for a few months is actually just formality if he wins. The time off will be likely used to move into the office and gather lawyers who will advise him or do the actual job for him, (it's been done before by a senator). He can fight anytime if he has to. It's not like his constituents are gonna miss him in congress or anything. I like Pacquiao in the ring, but outside of that is another matter entirely.
