Joshua Clottey: "He has very good movement. He has great speed," Clottey said. "It was very difficult for me to handle. I didn't feel Manny's power. It's just that his speed was too much for me."
This surprised me....did Team Pacquiao ease up on the undetectable roids?
I believe he felt Pac's power... why don't he put his guard down and try to punch if he could not feel his power...
If Pac just hit him more with power punches I think it can end in a KO...
Clottey was bothered by the speed or scared to get tagged, He was extra peekabooish in there last night, He might have felt Pac's power but he didnt get tagged a lot with power punches so clottey might be right...Am sure his ribs would be hurting for the next few days though.
Bullshit. He felt the power or else he wouldve had no problems letting his hands go.
Clottey is a strong mofo. Those guys in Africa are tough people (nOT BEING RACIST)
Whether he felt the punches, well possibly he will be bleeding blood, but PaC DIDN'T GET HIS CHIN THAT OFTEN.

hard to believe he didnt feel the power when he got dominated all night long, barely threw alot of punches and just went into a defensive shell
This is misleading.
Of course Clottey didn't feel Pacquiao's power. Because he kept his gloves in front of his face for 36 minutes.
Why was that? Because Clottey was SCARED SHITLESS of Pacquiao's power.
If he felt Pacquiao had no power, then why not open up, even for ONE round, to try and win the fight?
Because he was afraid of Pac's power.
Bullshit. He felt the power or else he wouldve had no problems letting his hands go.
That's how Clottey always fights. The guy has the skills to be the best fighter in the division, but he doesn't show up and do what he has to.
I didn't expect Pac to hurt Clottey, he blocks too many punches and Pac isn't that strong. Pac couldn't hurt Clottey, no one should be surprised.
if he fights the same way against floyd, money may will beat him with one hand.
You mean Pacquiao?
Please, Manny is so much busier in the ring than Floyd. Even if u believe Floyd would win, and I know a lot of people do and it's certainly possible as he's an extremely gifted fighter and technician.... he would not do it with one hand, or easily... Manny throws too many quick shots, is too awkward with in-and-out movement and combinations, his stamina is too good. No one 154 lbs or below could beat Manny with 'one hand', that's imbecilic
Clottey felt the power. A couple of times in the fight Pacquiao hit him with a hurtful array of punches and Clottey backed briefly into the ropes as Manny threw bombs at him, it looked like Pacquiao would stop him if he could just get through those earmuffs! but Clottey was clearly in survival mode.

WTF???
Ricky Hatton: "I felt the Mayweather fight was much tougher than the Pacquiao fight."
Oscar delahoya: "I didnt feel his power at all. I was praying the knockout would come but it didnt"
David Diaz: "Nah I wasnt concerned about his power but he was just too fookin fast"

That's what I thought but he does the same shitty gameplan every fight.
i expected nothing new....i went to be early
the real fight is on the horizon now
Bullshit. He felt the power or else he wouldve had no problems letting his hands go.
or was he afraid to be countered by some shit he couldn't see and get floored like the Cottos and the Hattons?!?......Manny landed some good body shots and good right hook early on.....if Josh felt the power, how come he kept coming forward all night Einstein.....give the man some props my dude......he didn't get blasted like them other high priced over paid cats Manny has danced with.....Joshua lost the fight but he gained alot of fans in Cowboy stadium....trust me!!
This is the blueprint for how Pac can get even better and more difficult to beat. Not to concentrate so much on power which is sufficient enough to command respect.
But listen to his opponents like Clottey on why it was so difficult to handle Pac. Movement, speed and positioning and try and even improve on it even more so.
Pac must listen to what his beaten opponents say.
