Humberto Soto got stripped of his WBC super featherweight title for not fighting his mandatory Vitali Tajbert,but he fought David Diaz instead for the vacant WBC lightweight title, which he won. Tajbert is now the undisputed WBC super featherweight champ. do consider this a bitch move ,too?

No, because Maidana accepted step aside money to not face Khan. Both boxers are as bad as each other. Khan for avoiding Maidana, and Maidana for not enforcing the fight.

Khan has a 5 fight deal with GBP, it takes away a match against Maidana with all the options that are stipulated in the contract I thought Khan had a 3 fight deal with GBP. Did they extend the contract?

You can dream with a fight where Malignaggi outbox Maidana the 12 rounds but that wouldn't happen in real life. Maidana has knocked everyone he faced and Malignaggi doesn't have an iron chin. And the bottom line here is that Khan is fighting Paul because he thinks he can beat him and he is avoiding Maidana for a reason. Because he thinks he'll get KO in that fight. That's what i think

As Khan is now facing Paulie, when his mandatory was Maidana, wont he get stripped of his WBA belt? i thought if you refused to fight the madatory ou lose the belt? I think its a bit of a b1tch move if he has, surely champions face anyone? No he wont get stripped hes still WBA lww champ but hes fighting paulie first and if he he beats paulie which i think he most probably will then he most probably might face Maidana next..or maybe someone else

ok , i just thought if he didnt fight maidana next he gets stripped. I hope Khan faces someone as good as Maidana in the next fight, i think Khan would beat him aslong as he doesnt get tagged!

well khan has belt right now on british T.V. but read somewhere that they agreed to delay the fight between maidana, until khan is better known in the u.s which in turn will lead to more PPV buys.

I've heard nothing of him being stripped for facing Paulie. But there's certainly nothing wrong with the fight.
