I take whatever Floyd says with a grain of salt. But, some of his fans really believe what man says like is gospel.
So for the fans who believe Pac was ordinary before he hit 25.
How can an ordinary fighter win 3 titles in a spand of 5 weight-classes. And, also win 2 lineal titles. And, beat a prime borderline ATG. What ordinary fighter has done that before?
Honestly I don't know the answer to this but I think Manny might be the youngest lineal champ ever. Dude won a lineal title at the age of 19 years old.
edit: nevermind I just found out Wilfred benetiz was at the age of 17. Still I think Manny is in the top 5 youngest to accomplish this feat.
Technically pac is very ordinary. he doesn't do anything that other fighters arent capable of, he's just that good at what he does.
A pacman combination usually looks like this .... 1-2-1-2-1....with a 3 or 4 somewhere on the end of it while bouncing in and out.. and looking for another opportunity to dive in with another barrage of punches with more 1's or 2's.
"Technically", he's very ordinary. It doesn't make him bad though
"Technically" Was Henry Armstrong ordinary?
:fing02: so true my dude....I've been to "UNDERESTIMATING THE LIL DUDE" rehab....and I must admit, I now give him a better chance at beating the Gorilla Dog than I previously gave.....still think the lil dude will get outclassed and eventually stopped(MAYBE)....but he'll have his moments and in those moments I hope he can find that "W" and free the Gorilla Dog from those mental chains that a unbeaten elite fighter is locked in....free the gorilla dog from cherry pickin' is my frame of mind!! :lol1:
:notworthy Classic line right there bro!!....You now need to pass that number on to some of the knuckleheads on ths site!:boxing:
Im just glad pac is a boxer and not a singer.
plus Kobe would make manny cry in a 1on1 bball game
I would say Pac is a pretty ordinary guy other than his millions of dollars
Extreme jealousy in Floyd and his family of Pac's success. Some fans of Floyd are so brainwashed/lack common sense that they'll believe anything he say.
This. Floyds nuthughers can't stand that their hero isn't the face of boxing. Who put boxing on it's back and brought it back to popularity? Who came back and snaked his way back into the game to take the shine away with his big ass mouth? Floyd knew his tough challengers were beat and pacquiao whooped floyds old comepetition way worse than Floyd did and even faced cotto who Floyd wouldn't fight. Then he claims PAC on roids? Lol Floyd grow some balls and sign the ****ing contract. Pussy.

honestly... I think that's why people keep getting surprized by pac, because they underestimate him

Floyd's a cunt
Floyd stans are stupid as fuck
don't listen to them Jroshut the **** up punk----manny is in for a terrible night when he faces floyd----
manny isn't ordinary, but he will be ordinary when he fights floyd, that i can promise you----floyd makes fighters look so bad everytime----manny will be no exception----he gets hit so much, and floyd will make sure of it, and prove just how amateur manny is compared to him----all you people have to do is tune in and see how ordinary manny will look---

I like Pac but i'm not about to go on some tyraid saying he could dominate every guy out there. But i have said this before and I'll say it again, his KO percentage before he moved up in weight like when he was at 126 and below was over 70%. Since he moved up, it is like 75%, so I have yet to hear when he became "incredible" and allegedly started to take the mythical juice or whatever that made him invincible. The fact is dude was always great and has gotten greater than before by a small margin, he has abilities that few others will ever have, just like Mayweather does.
Do you know why it was 70% KO only at 126 below? The 1st 13 fight of Pac at flyweight, Pac only Koed 4 guys coz he fights only 4 rounders and he's only 16-17 years old. When PBF was that age Floyd was losing in the Amateurs.
When Pac lost his crown at 112, he moved up at the healthier weight of 122 anf started the string of KOes.
Pac's almost 95% KO rate at 122 even without Roach. At 126-130 Pac fights the Greatest fighters with Chins of that weight classes. But still Pac KO rate still above 60%. Pac at Welter was more powerful but has the same speed. Only the chinny hatton was the one he Ko cold. The rest by Submission.
pac's a clean athlete. Floyd's just making excuses!! And his fans buying it coz He's becoming an embarassment to the boxing community!!
i think what he is questioning is how a fighter goes from 130 to 147 in the space of 2 or 3 years and has increased power, increased speed and increased punch resistance...after being in wars at the lower weights.....what happens in the clottey fight will make it clear just how strong and powerful Pac has become............
Kind of hate to respond to a post this old, but the answer is that Paq didnt really gain much weight if any at all. Even when he was fighting at 130 he would weigh in at 130 and on fight night he would be 144. He and Roach figured out that if they moved up to higher weight classes they wouldnt have to cut weight and thereby would have more energy on fight night, leading to more punching power throughout a fight, and more stamina, as evidenced by the 118 punches thrown in round 10 vs Clottey. I am betting that more fighters will be using the same plan in the near future.
i lmao at JoKe1700 thread that pac was an ordinary boxer at the age of 25, who in the history of the sport has become a lineal champion at the age of 19 and the only boxer in the history to win a lineal tittle at flyweight and featherweight at the age of 23... this JoKe1700 was pathetic.
Why should I stop?
Matter of fact was Arguello ordinary or extraordinary?
You been shittin on Pac fans for awhile now. Try to shit on my knowledge bro. Lets go.... I will challenge your knowledge. You want to act like you better than Pac fans... Lets see if you more knowledgeable than this Pac fan...
We can do it over the phone too. We can have Jack set up one of those Burners/Horus shows. And, we can get on and everybody else can hear. Try to shit on my knowledge...
