This was a tough one. As of late Mosley's left hook has been great. He sets his opponent up, and ends him late in the fight with that left hook. DLH was always known for his left hook, but I had to go with Tito. his KO percentage speaks for itself.
Guys, De La Hoya dosen't have a good left hook, he's got one of the best left uppercuts, he calls it his 45. if its comming at a 45 degrees it's an uppercut correct?
No wonder his .45 didn't work against Pacquiao.:rofl::rofl:

He had more power no doubt.
But he made it obvious when he threw it.
You could see it coming. He leaned his entire body when he threw it.
I just think Oscar had a faster one with better technique that had comparable power.
no you couldn't. Titos left hook was both fast and powerful. Titos main problem is he was constantly trying to set the punch up. He didn't telegraph it at all, he was just reckless at times trying to ko his opponents.
For me it goes
Trinidad
Oscar
Mosley
Trinidad's was the most powerful, Oscars was really fast, Shanes was more like Trinidads only he wasn't as good at getting it off.
Trinidad arguably had a better right hand than both Mosley and Oscar, his downfall came from him being borderline one dimensional and constantly looking for the KO.
in my opinion the nicest left hook is between these 3 (in terms of technique, p4p power/speed)
Barrera
Trinidad
Frazier
these guys really knew how to whip a left hook
Quarry and Tyson get a nod too.
Tito - Raw Power
Mosley- Pure Speed
Oscar- Speed + Power - Best left Hook out of the three.
I agree. Prime Oscar had the best left hook in the business.
I voted shane b/c his shit is underrated. His left hook to the body is crucial. People think he is only a one hand fighter
i dont think its underrated but fans dont recognize it as much as tito's and oscar's left hook
The question wasn't who has the most overrated left hook. That hook of his is as overrated as he himself is.
He isn't even the greates left hooker in his own weight class.
OOOOOOOO touchy aren't we?
i went with oscar becuz he could unleash it with the quickness of his opponents jab, but with power. it didnt have the devastating power that tito had it was deceptive, quick and powerful.
i would say tito. oscar had to set his hook up alot threw combos. and people have taken his hook n kept going. but how many guys have tito hit clean with his hook was still standing. his hook was the most effective out of the 3. and used perfect technique. he was also the best finisher out of the 3.
