Webb, whether Pacquiao didn't want to bend to Floyd's rules or not, it doesn't mean what Mayweather's doing is right. Trying to bully Pacquiao is not the way forward. If testing is to become mandatory, then it should be the same rule for all fighters, not just select individuals. I agree with testing, but to single out one man alone, bully him into a corner by making baseless accusations, trying to wreck his career because yours is seemingly lackluster in comparison, is wrong. This is clearly an attempt to gain a mental advantage, but it's a low-class thing to do to any human being, never mind someone who has worked as hard as Manny Pacquiao. You seem to forget that the burden of proof is on the accuser. In your post above you seem to be shifting the blame to Manny for not being forced into a particular situation, rather than the person who sets outlandish terms and conditions which are not standard practice in boxing, and which he has no control over. I can't agree with this. Testing should be compulsory for all fighters simultaneously. Post me PROOF that Xylocaine is illegal in those 49 states dude, or shut it. No athletic commission has it on their banned substances list. However, with Nevada, it can NOT be used a week before the fight. Also, I never bought into the Pac using PEDs BECAUSE of Mayweather SR.
