Accidents/Deaths in the ring

Watch Nigel Benn vs. Gerald McClellan Or Eubank vs Watson II. Benn/McClellan fight is more dramatic though. Benn/McClellan.. man, thats tragic! i feel so bad for McClellan, oh what could have been..

McClellan had a blood clot after round 2, he wanted to quit then but he allowed his team into talking him to continue. After round 6 he said that somethibng was definately wriong and he wanted to quit but his trainer told him to "Go out there and die". So he kept fighting so basically he fought rounds 3-10 with his brain bleeding utterly disgusting..they are there to protect the fighters..and they wouldnt even listen to him..a trainer is supposed to know when their fighters has taken enough punishment..I watched a local fight last week..where this was the case..the boxing commission had to step in and stop the fight..sad...

I think knowing about what's happened is enough, there's no need to watch the fights again surely? i didnt say i was going to watch it, i just want to know. (MAYBE i'll watch it sometime but who knows) btw, thanks people :)
