I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but if he could actually do that then he would have my friend. There's no comparison in money. Actually. He tried and got ko'd by a nobody. So to say that he could be a champ some day or anything more then a a stepping stone for new prospects is down right stupid. I respect his MMA game, but that's as far as it will go. I don't want to hear the he's better now then he was when he fought earlier in his career. That's a dumb excuse, and I hear a lot of people use it. Where youre dead wrong though is that he is alot better than when he lost to that nobody. And also, I said if he started to train strictly boxing full time, that he could be a champ or contender... And I wont back down from that statement either because its true. Not saying he could be Bernard Hopkins or great like that, but you sound stupid if you really think its about the money. First off, hes Brazilian, MMA is in his blood. He's a world class Muay Thai boxer and he has black belts in Brazilian Jui-Jitsui and Judo, so of course hes going to fight in the UFC. Sure UFC paydays are only a fraction of Boxings biggest paid stars, but Silva makes easily 400k per fight, and with all the endorsements and gyms he owns, he easily takes in millions every year. Why would he switch to boxing even if he could compete with the best when hes only had a few fights, they arent going to pay him shit in boxing, hed get like 10 grand maybe if he was lucky for another boxing match, because he wouldnt be fighting a big fight right away. So there goes your theory of if he couldve he wouldve, because if it really was about money with him, than hes smart for staying in the UFC... Plus, hes got too much grappling skills to switch to just boxing... By the way dont try getting smart with someone by callin them stupid over a keyboard, you sound pathetic kid

I wont lie Hopkins for sure would KO Silva in 1 if he was going all out, but Anderson Silva is a guy that if he stopped mma and trained strictly boxing and continued his pro career, he could be a world class boxer, even a contender, maybe a champ. Dude's ****ing athletic as hell, and if you dont watch UFC do yourself a favor and please do or search up videos of this guy, he boxes better than anyone in MMA... Believe me im one of those guys whos a die hard boxing fan and think it is 1000x better than MMA but to say that any MMA fighter would get their ass kicked against a world class boxer in a boxing match is a little over doing it, because there are a few dudes who could hold their own, and itd surprise you!
