How bad would it look for BHOP he loses to an old washed up Roy?

Its not a fight he wants to lose. It would hurt his legacy, end his career on a losing note, and would be TERRIBLE for his ego. That said, Hopkins is older than Roy. Getting old over night is a lot easier at 45 than some people think. If Hopkins is in form there is no way he loses this, really, but he could show up old.

very very bad he wont lose though,he only loses when he faces world class fighters his own size that are someone near their prime

If B-hop loses this fight its because: 1) Danny Green really does hit that hard 2) Jones threw the fight to shock us even more when he beat Hopkins 3) Hopkins himself got old over night I seriously doubt Hopkins will lose anything if he doesn't win this fight. He has a great excuse, he's 40+ years old. Same excuse Roy has.

BHOP cannot possibily lose this fight IMO, if he did then it would take a knock on his legacy. Roy is beyond washed up at this point where as BHOP is technicall still very good and age hasn't really had such an affect on him as of yet. BHOP cannot lose this fight, if he does it would be some what of a mockery. If a bum such as Green can whoop Roy in the first round then surely BHOP should either win by a wide UD or even knock Roy out. want the executioner to win this ;)....and yeah it will be bad for Bernard Hopkins career IMO if he loses to an old RJJ

dumb fight for hopkins. he has everything to lose.....nothing to gain. i'd rather see him retire than fight this fight. no need to humiliate roy jones any more than has already been done.

lol...we'll see.....bhop will still respect roy, he's a cautios guy....if he goes in there like tarver, he'll stop roy....but,i doubt it......roy beats bhop by D.. True true, its unlike BHop to be aggressive. So we'll see, should be interesting. One thing is for sure though, this is a lose lose situation for BHop. If he wins, he beat a Roy who should have retired 5-6 years ago, and if he loses he got schooled by a dude who got KO'ed by Green in the first round OUCH!!!

I wouldn't look that bad. Roy can still box, if Hopkins dosen't press the fight or work hard enough he might get outboxed and outworked by Roy. It wouldn't be suprising.

even at this point , i think jones still beats b hop......he's got the pschological advantage over bhop knowing he already beat him...... LOL! BHop will definitely have the psychological adavantage knowing that all he has to do is land a right hand on that baby chin.

Not that bad imo. He's 45 years old, the "I'm just too old" excuse will be there for both fighters.
