If boxing reforms it's drug testing policies, does Floyd jr. get the credit?

Floyd would of requested better drug testing for either Manny or Shane. Floyd has always spoken out about Shane's past PED usage, without a doubt he would of made Shane agree to Olympic testing.

most people forget rule changes, almost 100 years later you probably have no idea that jack dempsey was the one who pushed for the neutral corner after a knockdown rule, a rule he would foolishly violate in his gene tunney rematch. in the end, nobody will care all that much UNLESS pacquiao never takes the tests or he pops positive. most people also dont have much of an idea why we fight 12 rounders and not 15 rounders, or why we use certain glove sizes etc. itll be useless trivia knowledge just like most other things. but in reality, i think this thread is about most other things you post about, which is how long you can fit pacs balls into youre mouth long enough to make a post and talk about it at the same time.

Floyd Jr. gets credit. His fight with Mosley has the OST's. Thats leading by example. I think many do... the only thing that made it so strange where all his camp guys... with different things they said... one day he was scared of needles... the other day it was mentally... NO Sr has been in the sport of boxing and can see when a fighters performance and ability as changed...like many other boxers, trainers and boxing insiders its a simple concept called "constrast" you look at someones current performance and compare it to their previous. if the changes are unexplainable and dont make mess, something is up. not hard to see So because Pacman destroyed Cotto, and DLh he is roiding? By Floyd demanding and Mosely accepting the more stringent testing regimen (regardless of what anybody thinks their motivations are) , they get credit for setting a higher standard which hopefully will eventually be adopted by the entire professional boxing community. Pac coulda' been a part of this. But he's currently not. If he loves the sport as he professes to and is clean as he says, he'll get on this bandwagon soon. The more fights (especially bigger ones) that occur up to this standard, the worse Manny and Co. are going to look if they continue to refuse them.
