So i keep hearing, this guys resume is overrated that guys resume is overrated, this boxer ducked that boxer and vice versa?
So in your opinion, what boxer preferably currently active, has a winning record and hasn't ducked any opponent, or fought a bunch of past prime, or weight drained opponenets???
What guy has a resume you're proud of, that is without a doubt a solid resume?
De La Hoya, he fought a lot of shot fighters as well, but man he fought the best at their primes, like Tito, Mosley, Quartey, Hopkins , Vargas (not exactly in his prime but was close) Ruelas, Sturm and Miguel A.Gonzalez.
Mosley fought a prime Oscar, prime Margarito, prime Cotto (a lot of ppl thought he won that 1), prime Collazo (ok, might get flak for this, but Collazo is very underrated; in my eyes he beat Hatton, and he lost a very close decision to Berto too), some people also feel he pulled out the W in the rematch with Winky - some even feel he won the Vernon rematch (Forrest was negative as hell).
That's pretty impressive.
Pacquiao beat prime Barrera (more or less, first fight anyway), Morales (again, Morales was technically in his prime at super-bantam/feather but he was still a class act), Marquez, Hatton, Cotto, Oscar Larios, David Diaz, as well as some big wins at fly/super bantam
Hopkins beat Glen Johnson, Winky Wright, Antonio Tarver, Kelly Pavlik, Felix Trinidad, William Joppy, Oscar De La Hoya, Howard Eastman
Bradley deserves some credit, he beat Witter, Peterson, Campbell and Holt, one after the other (not in order LOL)
I can't think of anyone, cause at some point you're going to have to fight someone who's past thier prime....
Miguel Cotto has a great resume and not just because he is PR but because he does. The below are all former belts holders and you have two former TOP P4P fighter he has beaten on there as well.
Judah
Mosley
Clottey
Margarito
Pacquiao
Quintana
Malignaggi
Torres
N'Dou
