The only thing Floyd changed last minute was change the unlimited tests with no cut off date to a 14 day cut off random drug testing.

There is video proof from Roach and Koncz that the drug tests were offered from day 1, the only thing Floyd did late on with the drugs tests was give Manny an opportunity for a 14 day cut off date as opposed to right up til fight night.

thats not true. everyone on here knew about the test before the negotations even started and there are a million interview from very early on by Roach and others who say that Floyd's camp want random blood testing and they have no problem with it because Pac will pass anything.
