multi-million pay day? the law suit is only for 75,000! thats not enough to worry anybody!(except me) you file a defamation claim vs; pbf, roger, floyd sr, dlh and gb promotions, and mayweather promotions. and you ask for 75k? how serious is this guy. i would have asked for 75mil. this case is weak. to prove defamation. you have to show the person you are sueing knew he was lying. and thats the kicker. if the person really thought pac was using peds he is not guilty of defamation. its a really hard case to prove. the lawyers will cost more than the suit
I already read that the 75k is only the minimum required to file that suit. The actual trial, defamation suit, and the cancellation of Golden Boy`s 5% interest in Pacquiao as a client will reach multi-millions of dollars, Bob Arum said so himself.
LOL at the scared flomos. The lawsuit remains. In fact, the evidence keep piling up as the days pass. By the time Pac-May fight in the ring, I expect the volume of evidence to be enough for a multi-million payday for Pac. Not sure which will come first, but Pac will likely KO the chicken inside the ring as well :boxing:

The same one Roger Clemens, Raffy Palmero, Marion Jones, Shane Mosley have filed (all guilty PED users).
Whatever happened to that?
Preliminary hearings takes months, actual hearings takes years, like what happened to Roach and the sheriff.
You know boxing has reached an alltime high in information overload when you have people hoping and wishing their favorite fighter wins a lawsuit like a scorned female.
Yea, Its really female-like with some of the stuff have been reading on here, its not like the test wasnt in the request from the beginning, And its not like Roach didnt say they would take any test.
So to see some of the posters who i use to call knowledgeable lose their dignity just because its pacquiao is a suprise to me, I dont care for the court case and i would be suprise if he gets anything out of it.

What's pussy-like is when an undefeated fighter who claims to be the GOAT is so afraid of losing his 0 that he resorts to defamation in order to undermine a rival, instead of just fighting him in the ring. What's pussy-like is when that same self-described GOAT claims that he came back because he has a hit list, but gets caught trying to arrange fights with non-welterweights. What's pussy-like is when that GOAT likes to talk about his rival's supposedly being on roids when he wasn't even being asked about him.

You're a clown. With your bet against Gutz, all you have left to bet is 11,945.18. What happened to your millions, bro? I'll lend you 20,000, you make it grow, then we can bet properly. By the time the thing gets resolved (somebody wins or it is settled), you should have recovered enough moolah to have a proper bet with.

unlike other idiots though i actually know how cases like this work. The lawsuit has already been filed. It's an open and shut case against Roger Mayweather. but there are several defendants in the case. Some of whom they dont have a shot at all at winning against, and some they do.
Winning in a case like this isnt even as simple as a guilty or not guilty because it's a civil suit. just likelyhood on whether or not they intended to harm pacquiao's image. It will depend on when the cutoff date for evidence allowed will be.
Like i said. It's an open and shut case against Roger Mayweather. They dont have a thing on Floyd Sr or Richard Schaeffer. Floyd jr and delahoya are likely to have to cough up dough but they do have a fighting chance.

Exactly, but in this case you used "win" as a noun.
So you use loss as a noun.
For example.
Another win for Manny, another loss for Mayweather.
Another victory for Manny, another failure for Mayweather.
Everything in bold is a noun.
Using win in that particular phrase, is a noun because you're using it in a way of being a competitor, a stance, or being successful at something. So you use loss, a noun.
you and rm 7 are retared.
its lose ***! :argue:
Where you at, chicken? Be quick because I have to log off soon. I'm betting 5.5M that Floyd/his posse cough up dough to Pac because of the defamation case, either through settlement or because he loses the case.

You're right. my mistake. :)
You sure? I remember it like this.
loss (noun)
lose (verb - present or future tense)
lost (verb - past tense)
