the only "case" you could make is that he ducked margarito which is completely false. he fought baldomir for the ww title and more money. This is a no brainer. Arum threw that term out there when this happened and all the haters latched onto it. Truth is Cotto, Williams, Mosley weren't even targets at that point. Williams is being thrown out becuse he's a fighter that people THINK can beat mayweather so they add him to the list. Mosley was fighting Vargas 2x in 2006 and Vargas and was just establishing his carrer at that point...Cotto was too green and Arum didn't let him to near Mayweather.

Thats what Im saying. Mad Sweeney said Floyd wasnt the WW Champion. Hes wrong. Never said he wasn't a WW champion. Only argued the quality of the opposition he won that championship and defenses. Look, I agree that Floyd is probably the most skilled and talented boxer of our generation and I give him 100% credit for what he did in the first 6 years of his career. However, the past 5 have left alot to be desired especially considering how damn good he is.
