Which Fight Do you consider was Mayweather's best work?

in the zab fight, zab faded. nothing new here. Floyd simply upped the pressure later on and secured victory. Good gameplan but nothing out of the ordinary. He made a fool of Corrales. So to you Floyd played no part in why Zab fell apart? You should watch that fight more closely is all I would say. How many fights did Zab fade in before the Floyd fight? I saw him get knocked out in the second round and fight with an ill concieved plan against Baldomir.

The Diego Corrales fight was his best performance considering the level of opponent.

I liked Genaro, Corrales, Chavez, N'Dou, both JLC fights (for different reasons) and Chop-Chop. Gatti was one of the worst ass-whippings I have seen. At 147 Zab was good because it was interesting how Floyd played it breaking down Zab brick by brick also the fight against Hatton was good because you got to watch him completely set him up for the finish. in the zab fight, zab faded. nothing new here. Well he probably would have killed Gatti if the ref wouldnt have stopped it, but you have to say Corrales because Corrales was the faovrite to win and he was in his prime unlike Gatti. Marquez fight I actually think comes in second just by the 100% every minute of every round domination, but its hard to put it there because marquez had to pack on alot of excess weight and was slower because of it

I would say Corrales. He was heavily favored against Gatti. However, the Corrales fight was considered a toss-up. Even though I was a Mayweather fan, I wasn't sure he would beat Corrales. His performance in that fight was nothing short of brilliant. If you saw Corrales performance against Jose Luis Castille, Casamayor and others, you would truly understand what a masterful performance Floyd displayed.

Gatti got hit flush when the ref pretended to make a call, so it kinda ruined the fight for Gatti. Regardless he wasn't gonna win that fight either way. also, Corrales > Gatti.

Floyd's best work could've been with WW's he never fought (P.Will, Margo, Cotto). Now he has a chance to do it with Mosley. Which remains to be seen... dont be a hater man. this right here is pure haterism.. hes obviously put in alot of great work thru his career and posting in the thread without naming any of it is some bullshit. corrales is his best work, some of the best work in the last 20 years of any fighter if u ask me. hernandez and castillo II was masterful aswell, basicly all of his fights are. so its just were he faced the toughest oposition which is castillo and hernandez.

Chico was his best performance against a quality opponent in my opinion. I'd give it to gatti but there was that weird late hit/not late hit. Floyd and Emannual Burton was war tho...

Castillo II.....removed all doubt from the 1st fight AND he went after Castillo....Gatti was expected....Chico was a great performance....but Castillo II proved Floyd was the real deal.....

JLC II was nice...the chico fight...his complete shut down of marquez was pretty impressive...but his wins over gatti and zab judah are my favs...

Even though Tony Pep isn't quality opponent, Mayweather's performance against Pep was masterful. He looked alot different then he did in his other bouts; sort of reminded me of Tyson. I always like to go back to his fights against Gerena, Ganero. Gatti/ Corrales I need not mention.
