Could it be possible for Pacquiao to beat Paul Williams?

Id pick Pac as of now because Williams struggles with Southpaws and sometimes he doesnt move nearly as fast as people think and Pac's speed would cause him alot of trouble the fight might be akward due to the height difference,:boxing: but I have the same opinion...

Williams is a taller version of Pac with less power. I think Williams outworks Pac, the height difference is too great.

I saw his fight vs a faded sharmba mitchell at welterweight & sharmba mitchell who is roughly the same height as pacquiao was landing clean shots vs pwill. what will this prime welter version of pac do? add the fact that pwill is just as offensive if not more offensive that pacquiao & is so vulnerable to counter punches which sergio martinez took advantage of, i can see pacquiao beating a paul williams. The clottey fight will tell us somewhat how pacquiao will deal with a truly big fighter. Clottey will without a doubt rehydrate to 160 as he regularly does during fight night vs pac who never weighs more than 150. 147 i actually favor pac, 154 williams. Pac has a chance of beating Paul at 147. Who knows this fight could happen since Manny said he'll fight at most 4 more fights before retiring. So Clottey would be the first one, if he wins, then he will have to wait for the winner of Shane and Floyd and that would be the second fight and probably Paul Williams at 147 then try to beat a champion at 154.

No way Pac could beat Williams. He has enormous height and reach advantages. People let's get real here. But let's say if they both at the same height then Pac will beat Williams by speed alone.

No chance would Pac win, Haye beat the massive Russian with speed but no one is slower than Valuev I forgot about that fight. Yes, Valuev is too slow and also lacks ability.

I think its unlikely that Pacquiao would win, but I don't think you can say it couldn't happen. If Quintana could do it, I don't see why Pacquiao couldn't put on a great performance and find a way to win. The old adage goes that it takes a great little man to beat a good big man. If Williams were smaller his style would be taylor made for Pac. The reach could be too much though. Fight could be similiar to Tyson-Lewis. Although i could see either fighter winning.
