Well if you're talking H2H. I think Floyd is a bad matchup for him period. If you watch Morales vs Espades 1. He had trouble with Espades counter punching. I think fighters like Floyd and even Marquez would be trouble for my boy El Terrible I do remember a fight when Morales said he would give Floyd hell. Just forgot who the oppenent was

Don't act like Barerra (or Morales) would be an easy fight for Floyd, though I'd have to give PBF the edge in both. The only reason I think it would be easy for Floyd is that he holds pretty much all the physical advantages. Now Morales is a proud individual so I am sure he would try his best to overcome that, I do believe Morales is good enough to make it interesting and maybe close but it certainly could end up not being close also. I would have liked to see it though.

First of all I said at 130, and no I would not call Pac or Barrera slick those are the only 2 you listed that he fought at 130. Barrera is an alright technical boxer but that does not make him slick and Manny especially at that point was not slick.

Against common opponents Jesus Chavez and Carlos Hernadez Mayweather did better. Morales did not really fight to any slick fighters at 130 the closest you could get was Raheem who was above 130 but is nowhere near Floyd's level. Floyd is a bigger man than Morales and that would cause huge problems for Morales since he is the slower less technical fighter. I think Morales would have given a good effort and made it an interesting fight but I do not really see how he pulls it out. I would also point out that Morales was not really in his prime at 130.

Mayweather wouldve beat him senseless. This fight wouldve been hard to watch.
