I blame pac for not taking the random blood test against floyd. there is no logical explanation on why he would avoid them and pass up a huge payday. but i agree if chicken floyd hopes to actually get pac in the ring with random blood testing. then he will need to get all of his future opponent to do random blood testing. i doubt the highly rated matt hatton and saul alvarez, will have a problem with that :/
