If I was Pac, I would agree to the testing, but have the fight at 140 with 8 oz gloves, in a 16 ft ring. With maybe 5 mill a pound penalty. I love Clottey, only thing I'll say is that I thought Judah was doing very well in his fight with Clottey and I know Pacquiao and Judah are very different but there is something to look at there.
