I think now Mayweather has publicly shown a willingness to compromise the fight will be made. Either Pac will accept the offer or one close to this, or Mayweather will realise it's not worth the hassle and will begrudgingly drop the extra-testing all together.
PACMAN is guilty as hell! 14 days for 40 million.
Pac is thinking if he gets caught it will crush his fans and the people of the Philippines.
He is thinking 40 million is not worth hurting his people and country.
PACMAN is all they have right now. He doesn’t want them to know he let them down.

14 days is more than reasonable.
Pacquiao should accept it.
I agree
If they dont accept.. I would be one pissed off Pac - Fan..
I would still be a fan though..
It is reasonable and if Manny won't accept it then serious questions will need to be asked. I have been a Pacquiao supporter all the way but this stuff disappoints me quite a bit if it turns out how it is looking right now.
I'm kinda in agreement here, i support manny, and i think it was reasonable not to have random tests including up to the day of the fight, but if he's given 2 weeks before, he has no excuse, i am starting to be a little concerned that maybe he is hiding stuff, but like someone pointed out here, Manny can be an ass sometimes, and stubborn, and that ****tard he keeps around him, his personal assistant/advisor or whatever doesnt help either.
Mayweather is an asshole sometimes, BUT 14 days for 40 million dollars is totally reasonable. Shame on Team Manny for this fight not happening. Mayweather didn't mess this up.
Yeah - I don't know what is going on with Pacman, but this is a damning revelation. To turn 40 million dollars down because you didn't want to give 3-5ml of blood 14-days before a fight for testing.
WTF is boxing coming to............:skull:
The original cutoff position was 30 days. Maybe Mayweather group countered with 14 days. Then maybe Pacquiao group countered with 24 days. Why did they stop there? They should have continued to negotiate and compromise on the date, and maybe eventually agree to a date in between 14 and 24 days!!!
I think if they could've they would've. Mayweather's giving up 14 days under this proposal while Pacquiao's only giving up 6 under his, so it's on Pac to concede next if they are to negotiate as you said - which it appears he's not willing to as of right now.
Yes 14 days is a decent compromise. Pac wanted 30 days and 14 is in the middle so it sounds reasonable to me. Pac is being hella hard headed and is letting his pride get in the way. A damn shame.

Sure is, when I heard things like a day, 3 days or even 5... I was like ok I understand why Pac would not want that, but if this 14 days thing is true, that is very fair.
