for many years, black athletes have dominated the boxing scene, no one cared about NSAC. Now that an oriental guy is on top, suddenly NSAC is useless and inefficient and all the haters have overnight earned a PhD in Medicine especializing in PEDs, EPOs, steroids etc! peds, steroids was not as big of a topic as it is now. Most sports had a ped or steroid era. about 20 years or so did they start testing in football and baseball they just start testing aroud 2005. A lot of people look the other way durning before it became a big story. Now that steriods is talk about more even in congress it a bigger topic. If you are a true fan you should want the best test outthere for you sport.

Evander Holyfield trained with Mr Universe Lee Hanley,Barry Bonds Went from a skinny rookie to where his arms are bigger then his head + baseball has had alot of steroid problems, I dont remember Roy Jones or Marion being accused on this level of Pac.. And Marion jones would have gotten away with it.. Bottom line is they were accused. Marion Jones went to prison over it and lost her medals. So she didn't get away with anything. Neither did Bonds who was forced out of Baseball. So who's gettin away with anything? Pacquiao hasn't faced as much heat as either one of them. And last time I checked Paulie Malignaggi wasn't black and he accused Pacquaio also. So this is not a racial issue and it's stupid to turn it into one. I'll also note that if Roy Jones or Holyfield refused a type of testing for a 40 million dollar fight they would have been accused in the same way Pacquiao is.
