Would Pac, Mayweather and fans be ok with this proposal???

Considering GBP and Floyd's agreement to less stringent drug testing, and Top Rank's stance on the situation....here's what i propose: 1 random blood test. Anytime between now and 3days before the fight, and 1 immediately after the fight in both fighter's dressing rooms, and unlimited urine testing. Would this be sufficient to appease all parties involved and the fans??? Nothing is sufficient for Team Pacquiao...they're ducking this fight and a drug test, its over. Mayweather is facing the winner of Berto - Mosley next.

I think thats fair, I think they're trying to bring in an independent doctor would can testify that the test can over a certain period of time.
