If Mayweather was asking just for Pacquiao to take the OST's, then I'd agree with him trying to duck him, but he's willing to get "drained" of his magical powers as much as Pacquiao has to. It called common sense. 11 NSAC testing passed = victim of the crackheads. more than 11 , pre. they test before and after so that's at least 22. plus pac has to take a blood test every year to be licensed to fight in nevada. not sure if they test for drugs though in that test.
