The bottom line is he will walk away from a $40 million dollar payday to avoid a blood test. Anyone with half a brain will think that if he has nothing to hide, he wouldn't do that. It's just way too suspicious, and there will be an asterisk next to his wins in the eyes of many people, thus effectively tarnishing his legacy.
