I know it's supposed to be random drug testing but does it mean both fighters get tested on the same days??? Or do they have separate schedules for each fighter???
As far as I know in the olympics they test each athlete randomly on different schedules.
Sports fans have been taken for a ride far far far too many times for us not to demand the strictest of drug testing. His excuses for not wanting testing are beyond weak. Worried about sapping your strength? Somehow Michael Phelps and Usain Bolt broke world records on the same testing regimen.
:Thinkingo
So i take it you didnt read the 1st post at all did you
It implies a new dictionary term called...
FLOYDISM
Floydism-the act of forcing the opponent to take unnecessary blood test for steroids check to cause 1.) undue advantage over the opponent who has needlephobia 2.) to chicken out of a fight he's gonna lose
I don't think it's on the same random days. I think it's all random overall.
i think its random for both fighters....
So Mayweather was saying he would doubt the fairness he would face in the ring if Pacquiao declined to olympic style testing but how fair would that really be if say 1 fighter was conveniently randomly tested a couple of days or the day before the fight but the other 1 wasnt???
Or if 1 fighter was tested repeatedly while the other fighter got off with just 1 or 2 tests during the entire timeframe.
I would imagine with this fight the same schedule, but don't quote me....I'm not sure if anyone has even said something about your question above.
Well that's exactly the problem. Everyone wants to talk smack about this subject 1 way or another but noone really knows how it would work.
I would also imagine they'd test both fighters on the same random days but i know in the olympics that's not how it works. In the olympics they could test 1 athlete, half a team, or several teams all at once.
That's where the problem with this type of testing could be. If they test 1 fighter a couple of days before the fight but not the other.
