If this was indeed a ploy by Mayweather to paint Manny as the bad guy and to get in his head then it was a brilliant plan. Not only does Mayweather want to know that Manny isn't taking PED's, Manny refusing to take the test makes him look bad so either A) Manny takes it the way Floyd wants or B) Manny walks away looking like the bad guy to the general public (not just Flomos)... Either way Floyd wins... What people need to understand is it doesn't matter if Pac isn't taking roids. What matters is that the casual fan will think he's hiding something. Manny Pacquiao is in a bad spot. He has no choice but to give in in order to clear his name. Round 1 - Mayweather Pacquiao can shut everyone up including Floyd by taking the test and passing.
