Pac could refuse the test and a test after the fight is useless because if Floyd lost it would damage his reputation even if Pac was cheating. PEDs are used during training to increase recovery time and allow for more sessions. You can easily use PEDs and still appear clean immediately after the fight.

ok, i don't like all this shit about drug testing because pacquiao doesn't have to prove himself. i don't agree that the fight should be stopped because of it though. However, gaining the mental edge is NOT a sign of weakness. Psychological warfare is an IMPORTANT part of any war, and boxing is a war.

trying to get a mental edge by harassing your opponent is cheap as hell IMO and a sign of weakness It's smart, makes them get off their game if affected. When you have your ass on the line and millions then you'd want any edge you can get.
