I read something about him stripped of it if he doesnt declare a defense by February... which he wont so might as well let Bradley and Khan fight for it... and btw yeah Khan shouldnt be ranked #2 until he atleast beats a top five 140lb'er... Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I read a few months ago that after the Cotto fight Pacquiao has 90 days to reach a deal to defend his 140lb title or he'll be stripped... Well obviously that's not gonna happen... So??? pac probably will retire after floyd... either after the first fight or a trilogy.
