Simple question. It just seems to me that alot of people forget that Kelly has rounds where he throws 100+ punches. Hopkins was the only person who didn't let him do that, mainly due to his boxing genius. Kelly averages anywhere between 75-100 per round, and these are stiff jabs and hard power shots. Yet I see many people depicting him as some slow fighter who wins by throwing a couple bombs here and there. Do you think his punch output is overlooked by the majority of posters on here? I do.
These are the compubox stats from the Espino fight, Rounds 1-5(5 ender early). I don't make shit up buddy. Get your facts straight before you comment on a fighter you obviously don't have a clue about. If I went back to the Miranda fight, and both Taylor fights, and any fight besides the B-Hop fight, I guarantee you will find the same exact kinda numbers. Get a clue. :spank:

Pavlik gets his kicks off fighting Gary Lockett type opponents.
The difference between the two of us is when I post it is usually to make or support a point.
You post because you like to either hate, bitch or complain about a fighter you don't like.
he has a very good output for a mw. the haters around here are a bunch of little girls acting like cunts. you ****ers should be ashamed to pretend to be fans of the sport. the sport is not full of one type of fighting style. and who want's to watch the same style over, and over? people like pavlik are great for the sport, and bring a different style, and game to help diversify the sport for the fans. ****in morons are ignorant.

I don't care Pavlik is a fruit, of course he can throw 100 plus punches against Mediocre opponents since its not going the distance.
This is from Cleveland.com after Pavlik-Miranda. Keep in mind the fight ended pretty much at the beginning of the 7th round. So over 6 rounds, he threw a total of 540 punches. That averages out to 90 punches per round against Edison Miranda. So he prolly threw 100 once or twice. and if not he threw 97 or 98. Either way, you guys are al lookin pretty foolish in this thread.
According to CompuBox statistics from HBO: Pavlik landed 242 of 539 punches (45 percent), Miranda landed 111 of 504 punches (22 percent). On power punches: Pavlik landed 193 of 418 (46 percent); Miranda landed 90 of 345 (26 percent).
Show us the numbers man, this is BS. 100+ punches a round?!
:wtf1:
You must be thinking of Williams.
start with his last fight and work backwards. 100% guaranteed the numbers are there, or i leave this forum forever. thanks for helpin to prove my point.

Look at the compubox stats of punches per round of any MW fight he's ever been in, you will see that you are lost.
So which fight did he do that in? The one where he threw 100 punches per round at air against BHOP? The fight where he cried like a little bitch and said that Bhop is shit and that he just had an off-night?
No, just every single other fight that he's been in...
Not being a hater.I just want somebody to tell me one fight where Pavlik threw over a hundred puches in a "Round".I'm definitely not a hater. That's not my way but i love Boxing and i watch all the fights and i know Pavlik's style and being that busy in a round is not kelly Pavlik style.
This, by the way, is exactly the type of person this poll is meant to point out.
Okay tell me one fight where Kelly Pavlik threw over 100 punches!I have never seen a fight where he threw that many punches.Bernard Hopkins is the first skilled fighter that Pavlik had faced. He hasn't fought any worthy opponets since Taylor2.Guys you have to get your facts before posting on here. You can't find one fight where kelly Pavlik thre over 100 punches.
