Mayweather is gonna cheat again. Its in his heart to cheat, he did it against a little blown up featherweight named Juan M. Marquez !
The way to stop the cheating is not a 1 million dollar penalty but a "10" million dollar penalty for each Pound. If Mayweather wants to cheat and come in at 150 then he Pays 30 million bucks !! He loves Money to much to do that, but a Million compared to 30-40 million out of his purse is NOTHING and he will come in at 150 because he loves to cheat !
1. WW is anything from 147-141... hence GBP said 144 was a WW fight
2. floyd never intended to make 144 lbs....
3. jmm had to go along with it because he already wasted 6 months preparing to fight floyd, and gbp and hbo wasted tons of money promoting the fight.
4. floyd was the better fighter, but he also had a big size advantage on jmm. floyd cheated jmm.
That's what happens when you try to impose catchweights. If you want to challenge a guy, challenge him at his best weight. And Mayweather weighed in at 146 for his last fight. That's not over the welterweight limit. This is just another pointless and stupid thread.
Damn who's your inside guy in the camp telling you of floyd's intention to not come in weight and give everyone yet another reason to discredit this fight. You act like the weigh in would be a secret. Did floyd beat you up as a kid or refuse to give you an autograph or something. You always jump to the worst possible conclusion about any act this dude does.
He just hates Floyd. Its annoying really.
floyd never had any intention of getting down to 144 lbs. none at all. he was gonna cheat from the beginning. that's why he insisted that the fight was a WW fight and why there was so much confusion about the catchweight

I don't kno about yall but to me it seemed as if there was a mistake in camp with conditioning and he didn't want to take the chance of exacerbating it by dehydrating it back out. These are the same guys who said a pound should be no problem for cotto but now it was a huge game changer and will be one in the next fight. this is a guy who has never missed weight before and then didn't make it for a fight after a almost 2 year layoff. sounds like a flook to me

to be fair, i don't think he will. for reasons already mentioned above plus this is such a high profile fight and the world is watching. neither him nor manny can afford to mess this up pre-fight!
i agree 147 lbs shouldn't be a problem, but the clause should be in there just to mind **** team mayweather.

it the principle of it. floyd signed to fight at 144 lbs, then he cheated jmm.
as GBP, the promoter for thr fight, said....the fight was ALWAYS a scheduled WW fight....the WW limit is 147 lbs.
floyd agreed to 144, but didn't wait until the weigh-in, but instead approached marquez's camp DAYS EARLIER, and informed them he wouldn't be able to make 144.
MARQUEZ AGREED TO ACCEPT 300 K for every pound floyd was over, nobody made him, and nobody forced marquez to fight floyd in a WW bout either.....
i've never heard jmm complain or give excuses after the fight, so why do so many posters on here decide to make excuses for him? he lost to a much better fighter. period.
Fine him 1 billion per pound!!! So he has to pay 3 billion dollars if he's 150lbs...
:joke:
Roach has said he won't fight if he comes in over the 147lb limit...
Shut up Dom! lol Im gonna hide a dook in your bed when your at the bar.

How is it cheating if there is a contract and he honors it?
Maybe they should make the fight at a real weight.
THREAD FAIL.....again
for what? that was the only time in his career he came in over an agreed upon weight....the fight was a WW fight, and he STILL weighed in below the WW limit....
this fight is a WW fight too...
the **** is wrong with you people????
it the principle of it. floyd signed to fight at 144 lbs, then he cheated jmm.
What does his layoff have anything to do with it??? Dude hasnt weighed in on fight night since the Judah fight. He's been a full fledged welter ever since.
he weighed in on fight night for the Oscar fight he tipped the scales at 150lbs...Lefty
