When similar polls were posted a few months before, people gave diaz a much better chance and many of them said hed "destroy" khan, what makes a victory against salita change their minds. My main doubt about khan is dealing with pressure fighters. I hope they dont sidestep maidana because a victory would answer alot of questions before going after a marquez or a bradley.
Khan he'd be too quick and strong moreso than Diaz. It would be a good ass fight though. And I'm not that big on Khan I just don't think Diaz has the power to make Khan back off him.
amir khan by ko, juan diaz gassed out against marquez.
amir khan is faster and more powerful than marquez.
+ he has freaking freddie roach and alex ariza in his corner.
Nicely put :fing02:
Juan Diaz is actually a really small L.W, some don't even notice that. He still had fat in the weigh in against Maruqez and the dude weighed in at 133. Juan Diaz could possibly go down to SFW.yea, diaz would do good at super feather and thats where his body belongs but all the money is above. khan is a future full time welterweight.
who would win between a big jr welterweight and a small lightweight? hmmmm...

I'll say Khan by decision. Diaz doesn't have great power and is the smaller fighter so don't think he can stop Khan and wouldn't be as effective. The guys at LWW who are going to trouble Amir are the top level guys with boxing skills and power like Bradley, Maidana, Ortiz and Torres.
Juan Diaz. I am not sold on Khan beating unproven fighters.
I would love to believe this because I simply don't like Khan. But Juan Diaz was somewhat feather fisted at 135, imagine Jr WW. He ain't the one to beat Khan in my opinion. You would atleast need a good puncher.
