Who do you think will win? Will Wlad become the first to stop Eddie?
I got a question... what is up with david haye? wasnt he supposed to fight one of the klits?
He pulled out of both fights and instead fought David Haye, Alexander Povetkin also pulled out of a fight against Wladimir Klitschko last December. Eddie Chambers is the only contender so far who's willing to fight Wladimir Klitschko.
:fing02: Good to see you're finally starting to come around to recognizing the Klitschkos are very good heavyweights.
I've never said they weren't, just that the people who are saying they're top 10 all time greats are going a bit too far based on who they have fought. And the bitching about the Lennox fight.
Wladimir will constantly be hitting air and gloves once he fights Chambers. You watch Chambers, although he looks spectacular defensively, he never takes a defensive risk, his gloves are always in a position to block his head. Wladimir will be landing like one or two clean shots a round or probably none at all.
Chambers might make Vitali miss a lot like Byrd did, but Wlad is deadly accurate and very good at anticipating his opponents' movements.
Watch Wlad vs. Byrd I and II.
Honestly, it's like I keep saying: it's going to take someone really well-rounded to beat a Klitschko brother, not just someone with certain qualities. Chambers is not going to get Klitschko's respect, regardless of how slick he is. Someone who has almost everything is going to need to come along to beat one of these brothers. Maybe it will take someone almost as good as Lennox to do it.
The only other way to beat Wladimir is to go in and blast him out early. Chambers cannot do that. That can only be done by a Corrie Sanders or a young Shannon Briggs type fighter. And even then, it's only an outside chance.

Absolutely no way Chambers beats Wlad. He is the perfect opponent for Wlad, just see how Chris Byrd fights.
FYI, prime Byrd would have beaten Chambers with no issues.
Chambers by brutal KO..........
Wlad is a hype job bum who never fought anybody.
Were the 53 people he got in the ring with holograms? There were quite a few unbeaten holograms as well, some of them being champions at the time.
Wlad will win this one, unless he's declined from the nine months of inactivity. He'll stop Chambers sometime in the middle rounds.

Eddie stepped up after his defeat by Povetkin, and lost weight. His fight against the large Dimitrenko showed he has heart - esp. after the previous loss. He is fast and is technically a very solid boxer. I like him and wish him luck.
That being said, Dimitrenko is not Wladimir. WK is as fast as Eddie (with the hands at least), has far more punching power, more ring experience, and generally comes into the ring at top-notch condition. I doubt that Eddie will win more than 1-2 rounds.
TKO by Wlad in the mid-late rounds (7-10).
lol i do like Chambers but no, no he's not.
Eddie doesn't use a peek-a-boo style it's just a high guard.
Klychko's jab does as much damage as some HW's power punches. I also don't see Eddie's leaning back from the waist style being very effective gainst Volodymyr givin his reach & handspeed
Eddie lean back from the waist style was effective against Dimitrenko who has an 83" reach, Dimitreno has fast hands too. But we'll see who wins come March 20.
Watch those three clips I posted. You will notice that Chambers fights tall against taller opposition, but he depends on his peek-a-boo stance to really make taller boxers miss. It's really effective. I'm not saying Chambers is guaranteed to win, but he's a much better boxer than Chagaev and Ibrigamov.
