Paul Williams has went from overrated to underrated.

I like paul williams as a fighter and a person. But he needs to prove to me against Martinez he is still an elite fighter. I think I've seen signs he's on the decline already but I hope I'm wrong...time will tell. huh??? why do ppl think that by being in a close fight with martinez means he's no longer an elite fighter??? maybe it wass a close fight because martinez is elite as well?? or is this about the cintron fight??? who knows what would have happened in that fight. williams is still williams.

I'm taking bets all my points if that fight is signed that the Punisher beats either Floyd or Pacman & my membership to this sight as well for an extra million,that's how much I know that the Punisher beats the brakes of either 1 of those guys!

As far as where he is on p4p list I think he is overrated. On this forum I think he is underrated by many posters. He did not look good for the 4 rounds against Cintron,an unfinished fight. But other then that he has looked good in his fights. Meanwhile Pavlik has looked bad in his fights for 2 years now.

Pavlik and Pacquiao have went from overrated to more overrated. Where are all these threads coming from saying that Williams can't beat these guys? Now when people said that Williams could be competitive with the super six and beat guys like Bute and Ward that is overrating him. I also don't think that Williams can beat Hopkins anymore, and Hopkins will get bashed from me if he takes that fight. People keep saying that Pavlik would KO a world class fighter when he has only fought against a bum one time since last October against Hopkins. That is why Pavlik is more overrated than he used to be after last night's fight.

I didn't think Kelly had much of a chance against Paul until now, but KP still loses to at least a half dozen guys at 68.

There were posters here claiming that Mosley would beat him. Some people were saying that PWill will KO him. That's not overrated. As for Williams, after people were going on about how he could even enter the super-middle tourney, he is finally put back in the place he belonged. Just a good fighter.

Williams has a ton of trouble with southpaws. That's an absolute fact now. Is Pavlik a southpaw though? Somebody fill me in if that's changed and he's adopted a new style.
