Can Mayol win a fight without a headbutt?

I think that Mayol started very well, but without the headbutt Sosa could be able to recover, but its difficult to say if that could be enough

I think he is a dirty boxer, instead i don't like Sosa style neither Calderon's, it's very clarifying to see that it happened on his last three fights. That should be a no contest an referees should be advised by the boxing organisms on the boxing tricks of this guy...

the head butt did not cause the KO , did' it?.......mayol did very good vs calderon , and was winning on points vs solis until he got caught and got ktfo......ofcorse he is capable.... Indirectly yes... but I think that weaken Sosa by 80%...

arent both these guys c level fighters in a weak lower division? ever since sosa won that vacant title he has defended against bums. i dont know as much about mayol only seen the short calderon fights but i have read some pinoys say hes nothing special. Special or not, let's talk about the headbutt :D I think Mayol is smart enough to use his head.. :D
