Just can't help pointing out that during the leadup to the Marquez fight, Floyd was inccessant in his argument of choosing Marquez as an oponent that he 'had a whole country behind him' and drew a significant draw, as opposed to Mosely. Now that the PPV numbers are out for Pacquio - Cotto, Floyd is now claiming that his PPV success with Marquez was solely because of him, and Marquez had no attraction at all. I just find this amusing. That is all.

I never heard of that..they're both GBP why would Marquez be worth more?.. I gotta read on that..any links?.. From what I heard it is based on ppv percentages. Floyd got a massive share of the ppv percentages with Marquez. I have never heard those numbers either, though.

Marquez has never been in a fight that did number close to what they did with FMJ. His next highest is 415k with Manny.
