he's referring to the media and the "people" in general

The aliens that secretly control our world, they have been plotting against Floyd since the beginning trying to craft the perfect fighter to beat Floyd. That or the boxing establishment HBO, media, whatnot; rightly or wrongly Floyd always talks like this, maybe it his way of staying hungry believing the world is against him :thinkerg:

I think he was talking about HBO, because of the way he went on to talk about how HBO has shown "favoritism" towards Pacquiao. I don't know what the hell he's talking about, honestly ; HBO has treated that motherfucker like royalty for years. It could've been the media, as well. But the way he almost directly segwayed from that, into the comment about HBO, makes me think he meant HBO.
