The boxer of the decade award will have to wait until 2010 because everybody who participated in the millenium celebration of Jan 1 2000: world leaders, transnational organizations and the media who covered it and kept calling it the new millenium, are stupid cuntz. We can follow these stupid fucckerz and start counting Jan 1 2000 to the last second of 2009 or follow the Mayweather fans who are true to the Gregorian calendar and start counting Jan 1 2001 up to the last second of 2010. Either way, we all know to which boxer this decade belongs to.

So the year 2000 was in the 90's? Because the 2000's didn't start until 2001? I suppose the next thing you will ask me is "why was the 1900's called the 20th century instead of the 19th century." I'll try to make this history lesson as brief as I can... We started with year 1 and the 1st century The 2nd century began with year 101 and was aptly called the 2nd century The 10th century began with the year 901 The 20th century began with the year 1901 and ended on December 31st 2000. The 21st century(the one we are currently in) began on January 1st 2001 and the first decade of this century will be completed 10 years after January 1st 2001, which will be December 31st 2010, not 2009!

The Gregorian calender began with 1 AD. Which was the first year of the first decade AD. There was no such thing as a year zero in the calendar. So the first decade AD ended on December 31st 10 AD,(10 years later) not December 31st 9 AD as that would have only been 9 years later.
