top 50 yes but top 1-15 hell no for one reason alone pac has not defended his belts enough to get that low pacman seeks out the best out there. they happen to be people in different weight classes. he'd easily defeat contenders for his belt so that argument doesn't fly.

Pac is top 30 fighter for sure already. Maybe, maybe, argubly top 25 of all time. And, Pac has to beat Floyd and the winner of Shane-Berto just to be in the top 15. He would still need to do a lot more to get that top 10 spot.
