Is Joe Santiago afraid of Freddy Roach?

I dont know but I got the impresion that he is afraid of countering coach Roach who is a savy of the sport because technically he really doesnt know what to say. Maybe also he is not so sure about Cotto ability to beat Pacquiao that prefer to keep his mouth shut. But meanwhile all confidence appears to be in Pacquiao side and they are winning the part of the fight that is the psycho-logic one. I know Cotto's team own a plan for the fight but at this point I know they are a little bit confused and dont know exactly what to expect from Pacquio on fight night. That in fact will make Cotto a little bit tentative and chances are that their game plan will suffer. It would be an smart move by Santiago to do the same move as Freddy but I got the impression he doesnt have what it take to do that. First scenario, Cotto gets ko by Pac, Cotto and his corner will say something like "We knew we had a tough fight, we had a game plan but Pac had a better night." This is not the first time someone has talk trash about Cotto before a fight. Judah and Malignaggi did it and Cotto raped them. It only gives Cotto more motivition if anything. Too bad those too are two Mr. Nobody to be talking s__t. And think in the case of Malignaggi (sorry to disappoint you) who in the hell is going to be tentative or change his game plan because of the trash talking of a guy is fist of "feather"?

Santiago has no reason to fear Roach, Roach on the other hand should fear Santiago. Roach is gonna lose and look like an idiot for talkin all that noise, all while Cotto don't even have a real team.

Meanwhile by this moment Freddy got in Cotto's subconscious mind and even dont he try not to pay attention once you hear the s__t, the s__t is in your mind.
