Mosley's ink is dry on the papers. It's Berto and Dibella holding the fight up. This guy is a smoke screen waiting to be exposed. Mosley will own him like Tyrese and his buddy did to those kids that jacked his bike and Alize on that movie Baby Boy.
Fhere is a rumor that Berto isn't to confident in facing Mosley right now. It's a shame with all the shit he has been talking on twitter. But pretty soon I'm going to hear this Williams vs Mosley shit all over again
I won't hate on Shane if he turns down Paul Williams. But I won't be happy about it if he does either. Williams shouldn't have to sacrifice his December 5th date to accomodate a guy who turned down a multi million dollar payday to fight him. I'm even saying this as a Mosley fan.
I'm still trying to lock in my opponent, Golden Boy is still in negotiations with Hlatswayo's people. We're going to see which one we can get a better feel for."
i have a "feeling" berto will have a better "feel" for hlatswayo
I read that on B-Talk myself too. If Berto takes that route, then he is a bitch. Plain and simple. But why would Golden Boy be negotiating witth another fighter to tangle with Berto besides Mosley?
Bump. What the fuck is taking Berto so long to get in the ring with Mosley?

Speaking of Tyrese, I thought he did a hell of a lot better of a job singing the national anthem during the Floyd-JMM fight than R Kelly did for the Taylor-Hopkins rematch. He sounded pretty good come to think of it.
now that shit was funny. remember he had a beat behind it and mother****ers 2 stepping in the ring
Mosley didn't like not being the one initiating the holds though. He seemed agitated by it. He wasn't able to land punches the same way. Margarito and Cotto are both fighters who don't clinch.
I don't think Berto is as physically strong as Mosley is. We'll have to see though. This is one factor why I think the fight may be ugly and hard to watch. Two guys involved in a lot of clinching usually equates to a hard fight to watch.
You know, it's odd that Mayorga was able to clinch Mosley like that. Because Mosley clinched Margarito like hell in the early rounds of their fight. The thing with Berto is, I doubt he'll be outweighing Shane like Mayorga did that one night though. Cotto was the one who got roughed up on the inside against Mosley where tying up is concerned regardless of who people thought won that fight.

Man, that is just simply not true. In no way shape or form is that true.
Just cause Shane initiated the clinches doesn't mean he got the better of them.
If by some crazy reason Berto is capable of taking Sugar's power, then he'll win pretty comfortably. Reason being, Mayorga ised the hit and hold approach and had a slot of success, Berto will do the same thing with a million times the handspeed.

Yeah Berto is AFRAID of to known cheaters of the sport....:slap:
Your posts are a fucking joke. Real talk. I guess Floyd didn't cheat at the weigh in for coming in as a Middleweight against a guy who fought over 90% of his career at 126.
Its true. Mosley didn't motivate Tony. He just got done struggling w/ Mayo and Tony just got done slaying Cotto.
Tony only took that fight when HBO threw more cash at him.
A focused Tony could fuk Shane up.
Nigguh.
Fair analogy. I thought Margarito would beat Mosley too. And to all the other posters, the glove thing regarding Margarito needs to be for another thread. This isn't about that even though I brought Margarito up in this thread.

Bad analogy Ice...
Tony wasn't allergic to Choogar. He fought him.
And he DEMANDS a rematch.
So there.
well he can demand all he wants, he can't fight for another 5 months.
Your opinion.
In the real world he is an innocent man.
Carry on with your hallucinations for Cotto losing though.
Good luck with that.
in the actual real world he is not innocent and actually had a one year suspension. the elements of platser were found in his gloves in the real world. in the real world you are not victoria beckham no matter how many times you dress up like her or take it in the ass

He may want a rematch now. But don't you remember when he gave us the Juan Ma Lopez like behavior while the negotiation process was taking place? It took him several weeks to sign the contract when it was his best option besides the Williams rematch. He was ready to sit out for half of the year just to fight Cotto again. That is why I quit being his fan, and I couldn't support him anymore. Sure, he is a bigger draw as evidence by the attendance. But Mosley was a necessity for his resume, and he would've blown it if Arum likely had not have talked some sense into him. There was a time period of where he went totally MIA and everybody thought he was kidnapped. Berto's behavior right now is kind of similar in the regard to letting Mosley do the honors and be the first one to put his name on the dotted line.
