Manny Pacquiao, like everyone else, is once again fighting for second place in boxing.
When Pacquiao squares off with welterweight champion Miguel Cotto on Nov. 14 in Las Vegas the winner will emerge as the next viable opponent for Floyd Mayweather, Jr. What he will not emerge as is the best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.

The article is all about pbf reclaiming the p4p throne after a welterweight win over a guy who does not have fights above 135. It is his opinion and I respectfully disagree. Pbf have to beat Pac, or Pac has to lose , or Pac will remain inactive , or Pbf will have to beat the WW top contenders to regain that number 1 spot.
JMM -- pbf win trumps pac's SD win and draw
HAT -- Pac win's more impressive
DLH -- Pac's win more impressive
If we go by that logic and totally ignoring the arguments behind those wins, then Pac is still up 2 to 1.
manny will lose to floyd and so will cotto and shane---it doesn't matter---floyd is still the best and everyone knows it...
Guess what? I disagree.

since you've declared floyd unbeatable, he should just retire.... i mean there's no use for him to continue.
