Pacquiao would clean Spinks clock with ease imo, if! he managed to catch him.
I cant recall Zab shaking him up so it must be as insignificant as the moment he "hurt" Cotto, that said that bottom line is both those fighters stayed upright.
well we saw in the laszcano fight hattons punch resistance was shot to shit, and ppl overrate pacs power at the higher weights based on that one shot. im not saying judah is a huge puncher, but neighter is pac at the higher weights. and judah edges him imo.
cotto was killing himself to make 140 on all those occassions, coming in dehydrated which killed his punch resistance.
i spinks doesnt have a great chin, but i still dont think pac could hurt him the way zab did with a single punch.
kostya had one hell of a chin man, anyone who took those shots form phillips would be out. and zab did hurt and wobble kostya badly in the first round. zab ofcourse was wobbled quite a bit himself in the second :lol1:

I don't really look at it like that. For example, Kendall Holt doesn't have a good K.O ratio but he hits hard as fuck.
Shouldn't your knockout wins over top quality opposition be what its based on results rather than how you achieve your KO's.
Spinks only did not get knocked out by Taylor because he ran and Taylor still managed to hurt him momentarily in that fight.
Pacquiao would KO Spinks if he caught him, no question about it.
Kostya KO Zab,
Hatton Stopped Kostya,
Pac KO Hatton
Zab - KO % 55.56
Pac - KO % 68.52

those are good examples of theories that dont work in boxing. good job :fing02:
Judah did not exactly do to Cotto what Corley, Torres did, that moment is so overstated.
Spinks dont have a great chin imo, he just uses a lot of mobility to keep himself out of arms way.
I dont remember him hurting Tszyu, Tszyu was put down by Hurtado and knocked out by Vince Phillips so its not like his chin is iron, good chin but maybe not iron.

Zab had the hand speed to out box Mayweather until he lost focus( which is a regular thing for him) and the power to knock out Spinks( who went the distance with Taylor and other naturally bigger opponents). I always felt that Pacquaio's power was more from accumulation.

That would also mean that Vitali was a harder puncher than Shavers and Foreman.

zab has more power for sure. i dont think pac could wobble guys like spinks, cotto and kostya with a single punch. prime judah was faster also, dont have the stamina, heart, chin and mental strenght of pac though whos obviously the much better fighter overall. but prime judah is a better physical specimen than pretty much any fighter in the sport.

Judah might be quicker but he cant bang like Pacquiao imo, again like i said before where are his one punch finishes of quality opposition to support the claims he is a bigger puncher ?
Zabs got more speed and power in his single shots. Manny throws better combinations.
Other than Hatton, Pac's knockouts usually come from steady punishment. Whereas Zab is always hunting for just that one punch.
Watch the Cotto fight again and see how Zab hurts Cotto in the first round with a lead uppercut. No set up, just leads with it and catches him. How many fighters do you know that can throw something that quick from that angle with that much bang behind it?
Goddamn Zab, such a disappointment....
I think both go to Judah, but he is still a much worse fighter.
For people that say just look at the fact that Judah hasn't stopped anyone in ages, well, think about that for a second.... Judah just isn't as good as Pac. He is so wild when he gets someone hurt that it's like he flips out and just starts throwing wildly. He's one of the worst finishers in the game.
Doesn't mean he isn't freakish fast and has great pop. Whereas Pac doesn't look a whole lot faster than many guys he's fought Judah has looked faster than everyone he's fought including Mayweather and Spinks, two of the fastest guys of our era. Judah is just faster than Pac. There isn't or shouldn't be any question about it.
There is a difference between being a better fighter and a faster or more powerful fighter.
Clottey is more skillful than Cotto, but he lost (in some eyes anyway). Judah is faster than Clottey but he lost. Cotto is better in every way than Margarito but he lost. Pac is faster than Marquez and hits harder but he lost (:D). You dig? Being faster doesn't mean better so stop getting your little panties in knots all you Pac fans that can't come to grips with this simple question.
